Improved and added blockouts and added a few shaders

- Added a indev magician model.
- Added a screen shader.
- Also updated the project to 4.7.
- Added new custom dev texture.

LevelStreamer improvements and WorldProxy changes
...
- LevelStreamer gizmo preview now updates when it's transform changes.
- Cleaned up main menu.
- Seperated entrance hall section into it's own scene (level).
